In 1999 she graduated in Law at the University "LUISS Guido Carli" based in Rome with a thesis of private International law about "Foreign companies in the reform bill of international private law". In 2000 she won the award "Arturo Carlo Jemolo" for preparation to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Rome.
She has lately experienced professional activities in international legal firms where she improved the legal technicality in the sectors of litigation, civil and commercial law. She acted as company legal counsel and covered the position of head of the legal department for a multinational Spanish company leader in the public sector of gaming as well as the legal Expert for an Italian group operating in the renewable energies sector.
Both civilist and internationalist lawyer, she specialized in national and international agreements, civil litigation and arbitrates, commercial and company law. She also has a great and lasting professional experience in Italy and abroad in the framework of consultancy services and legal support to the companies by acquiring skills in sectors having strong regulation such as gaming, renewable energy, antitrust and telecommunication.
Great comprehension skills as to the organizational activities and juridical aspects on business issues, flexibility, and both operational and procedural rigor. She currently works in English and Spanish by managing relevant international activities with foreign authorities, partners, institution relationships and following foreign projects too.
